Dev Gosine is a prominent educator and physicist from Trinidad and Tobago. He served as the Head of the Science Department and later the  Vice Principal of Naparima College in San Fernando, where he has been instrumental in fostering academic excellence. Dev Gosine holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure Physics and Applied Physics from the University of the West Indies.

His dedication to education extends beyond the classroom, as he actively participates in teaching and mentoring students, particularly in physics. In addition to his academic role, Dev Gosine is deeply involved in various scientific and technological pursuits. He is an active member of the amateur radio community, where he has made significant contributions, including building satellite tracking systems and participating in communications with astronauts during space missions with his students from Naparima College.

He also holds leadership roles in the Rotary Club, serving in positions such as President, Assistant Governor and District Secretary.

Dev Gosine is a notable figure in the realm of internet governance in Trinidad and Tobago. He has served as Chairman and has recently been re-elected to the post of Chairman of the Trinidad and Tobago Multistakeholder Advisory Group (TTMAG), an independent entity that promotes best practice policies for the local internet ecosystem and the .tt country code top-level domain (ccTLD). The TTMAG consists of representatives from various stakeholder groups, including academia, civil society, government, and the business community, aiming to foster a collaborative approach to internet governance.

In his role, Dev Gosine has been actively involved in organizing and leading discussions on key topics related to internet governance, such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, and ICT development. He has spoken at numerous events, including the Trinidad and Tobago Internet Governance Forum (TTIGF), where he has addressed issues like internet resilience, ICT in education, and the future of digital innovation in the region.
